Sunday 4th JuneMad Sunday and the most interesting place for an old car enthusiast to be is Port St Mary for the annual Southern Vintage and Tractor Show and if you take a proper car you get in for free! All day but you may come and go.

Sunday 2nd JulyMilntown Classic Car Show - This is the largest gathering of vintage an classic vehicles on the Island which last year attracted over 100 participants. It is sponsored by the Federation of Manx Historic Vehicles Club and organised by the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club. Held in one of our most beautiful stately houses, it carries on all day with catering provided or you may take a picnic.
Wednesday 5th JulyTynwald Day.
Saturday 15th JulySt Marks Fair day and we’re all invited. Be there before 1:30 pm. Pam Evans 625367.
Sunday 23rd JulyMeet at 2:00 for 2:30 departure on a run to be set by our own President, Bob Riding. We will finish up at his estate in the North and view some of his extensive collection Rolls-Royces, Bentleys and Daimlers. Bring your own picnic – the weather will be perfect!
26th – 30th JulyManx Heritage Transport Festival based all around the Island mainly on the railways.
Sunday 6th AugustPeel Carnival and the Manx Transport Trust annual get-together at the Brickworks Yard. Be there for mid-day and then join in the parade at 2:00 along the quay and along the front. Great fun and always well attended.
Friday and Saturday 11th & 12th AugustThe Royal Manx Agricultural Show at Knockaloe, just south of Peel is probably our best gathering of the year with plenty of cars on both days. Friday, Saturday and Sunday 18th to 20th August‘Island at War’ event will take place on the steam railway between Douglas and Port Erin and they always welcome vintage cars to add to the general wartime atmosphere.
Sunday 20th AugustGather at the grandstand at 2:00 to leave at 2:30 for a run to be set by Ken Blackburn which will finish at Orrisdale for our favourite Brenda’s Buns tea-party. 19th August to 1st SeptemberThe Manx Classic (formerly MGP)
Sunday 27th AugustMotorcycle Festival of Jurby and they have found some extra space so we hope to be invited to display our cars once again. This is one of the better days out in the whole year and the weather is always perfect!! Passes and wrist bands will be necessary and available from Edwin or Michael nearer the time (see above for contact details).

Sunday 19th NovemberWe revert to Winter timings and gather at 12:00 for 12:30 move off on a run set by Max Stewart finishing with a lunch. Numbers to him on 622931 or by Friday 17th.
Sunday 26th NovemberA gathering of veteran, vintage and classics and some steam machinery at Market Square in Ramsey. It gets better every year and is on from 11:00 a.m. to around 4:00 p.m.
There are no meetings in December as there are too many other pressures on our time so the next meeting will be on New Year’s Day 2018
