Letter received from the Porsche Club Isle of Man...
Dear Sir/Madam

The Isle of Man region of the Porsche Club Great Britain celebrates its 10th Year Anniversary this year and has a spectular event planned to mark the occasion.

To mark our tenth year we are holding an Ace Cafe-style classic and sports car gathering on Sunday 16 May 2010. The venue for the gathering is the famous TT Grandstand in Douglas, Isle of Man. The event is open to all, although we are looking to attract as many vehicles of interest as possible.

In order to achieve our goal of attracting an exciting and eclectic mix of vehicles I do need your help. I would be most grateful if you could forward the details of this event to your Isle of Man resident members. In order for us to plan and organise the event, and make sure everything runs smoothly, it would be very helpful to know how many people and vehicles to expect on the day.

Accordingly, if you would kindly ask that any members interested in coming along contact me at this email address we stand the best possible chance of creating a spectacular event.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to help us on this, it is much appreciated.

Best regards

David
